Katty majored in Theatre and Psychology, earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Coe College in 2015. Shortly after, she moved to Reno, NV and began her career in real estate. She challenged herself, moving from the front desk to Listing Coordinator and Executive Assistant within 2 years. She prepared over 30 listings to enter the market each month and mastered the intricacies of residential listings.

The Midwest called her home, and she moved back to the Chicago area. There she joined McCann Properties and acquired experience in many facets of Commercial Real Estate - Leasing, Sales, Investment, and Property Management. She supports the McCann Properties Team through marketing and providing Residential and Commercial Transaction support. She acquired her real estate license so she can better assist the team with Creating opportunities that Contribute to the needs of their clients.

She now resides in Iowa and maintains her real estate license for both Iowa and Illinois. She specializes in Residential and Multifamily sales.
